Legal Experience

Mr. Suter joined Dillingham & Murphy in 2009.  Mr. Suter’s practice consists primarily of providing general litigation
defense and legal counseling to both businesses and individuals in a broad spectrum of matters including financial
services litigation, employment law and professional negligence. 

Prior to joining Dillingham & Murphy, Mr. Suter worked in leading law firms where he litigated numerous employment class action and individual cases on behalf of Plaintiffs in California and nationwide.   Mr. Suter also has significant experience in securities litigation.
